The CVCA boys basketball team competed in the Canton Play-By-Play on Saturday night. The Royals faced off against the Irish of St. Vincent-St. Mary in the featured game of the night. CVCA led 15-11 after the first quarter but a 2nd quarter run by STVM left the Royals trailing by 1. It was a two possesion game with just 2 minutes left, but the Irish would able to hold off the Royals for a 62-52 win. CVCA finishes the regular season 16-6 overall. They have a first round bye in the tournament and will host the winner of Coventry and Springfield on Friday night.
