Over the weekend, the CVCA hockey team competed in Normandy's MLK Tournament. The Royals played well and went 3-0 in qualifying play to earn a spot in Monday night's Championship. CVCA faced off against Westlake and came away with a 7-3 victory to secure the tournament title. It is the 2nd tournament the Royals have won this season. Senior David Siff was named Tournament MVP after a hat trick in the final game. Junior Caleb Mosher was named Most Valuable Goalie for the weekend. CVCA is now 18-6 on the season. They will host Kenston on Saturday in a important game the GCHSHL White North.
