The CVCA boys basketball team hosted Padua on Friday night. It was the 4th annual Silent Night game for CVCA and the gym packed. The Royals started slowed with the crowd anxious to explode. Junior Connor Gray score the 10th point and activated the home crowd. After a tight battle in the first half, Padua led 34-33. CVCA came out in the third quarter with a purpose. The Royals outscored the Bruins 20-9 to grab control of the game. CVCA would secure a 65-58 conference win to improve to 2-3 (1-0) on the season. The boys will face Hoban on Saturday in the Greynolds Classic at Barberton High School.
