The CVCA hockey team hosted Olmsted Falls on Friday night. Both teams scored twice in the first period of play. The Royals fell behind 4-2 early in the 3rd period of play. CVCA score with just under 6 minutes to move to within one goal. With just 22 seconds left, the Noah Chadima scored to tie the score and force overtime. Ollie Steigmeier scored a power play goal in overtime to give CVCA a 5-4 win. After the exciting win, the Royals are now 5-0 on the season and start 1-0 in league play. They will travel to Kenston on Saturday night.
