The CVCA boys basketball team traveled to Holy Name on Friday night for their 2nd conference game of the season. The Royals led early in this game but Holy Name never went away. Whenever CVCA looked to put the game out of reach, the Green Wave answered to keep it close. The game remained in the balance until the very end. A late foul but Holy Name at the line with a chance to tie. The first free throw came up short and a violation on the 2nd attempt gave the ball back to CVCA. The Royals returned home with a 61-59 road win. The boys are now 3-5 this season and 2-0 in conference play. The boys will travel to Florida for J-term where they will faces Providence and Bolles.
