The CVCA boys basketball team hosted Lake Catholic in conference play on Friday night. The Royals fell behind the Cougars early in this one and trailed by 10 points at halftime. The second half was all CVCA as they outscored Lake Catholic 43-17 during the games final two quarters of play. They were firing on all cylinders during the final 16 minutes on Friday night. The 2nd half push gave CVCA a 70-54 and improved their conference record to 3-0. The boys will host Akron East on Tuesday night.
