This Saturday, the CVCA cross country teams will open the postseason at the OHSAA District Tournament. Despite the added division this year, the Royals will again compete at the Division II level. They have been assigned to the Lorain District that will feature 23 boys teams and 24 girls teams. The races will be held at Lorain County Community College and the top 12 boys teams and top 13 girls teams will advance to the Regional Tournament. Individuals from non-qualifying teams can also advance by finishing in the top 26 for girls and top 24 for boys. The girls race is scheduled to begin at 1:30pm with the boys race slated for 2:15pm.
