On December 10th, sophomore Tommy Kopec was named Honorable Mention All-State (Division III) by the Ohio Prep Sports Media Association. He received this honor after an outstanding season as linebacker for the Royals. Tommy led the team with 61 tackles. He tallied 5 tackles for a loss, 3 sacks, and 4 pass break ups. He was also a key part of CVCA's rushing attack. This is his first time receiving All-State honors. He was also named 1st Team All-District and All-NCC in 2025. He was 2nd team All-District and All-NCC in 2024. The Royals finished the season with a record of 12-1 and won the first Regional Championship in program history.
