The CVCA boys basketball team faced off against Walsh Jesuit on Saturday night. The Royals and Warriors met as part of the Tallmadge Winter Classic hosted by Run the Show. CVCA and Walsh were locked in a tight game early. The Royals were able to close the first half well and led by nine at the half. They held Walsh to just 8 third quarter points as they pulled out in front by 17 points. CVCA would secure a 76-56 win to improve their record to 5-1 overall. Senior Tyler Hysolli was named Player of the Game for CVCA. The team will return to action on Friday night when they travel to NDCL.
