The CVCA boys basketball team hosted Holy Name on Friday night. The Royals were looking to stay atop the NCC standings with a win over the Green Wave. Holy Name was able to hang around early and CVCA led by just one at halftime. The 2nd half was all Royals as they outscored the Green Wave 41-19. With the win, CVCA improved their overall record to 11-7. They are now 6-1 in conference play and hold a 1 game lead in the loss column with three conference games remaining. The boys will travel to Lake Catholic next Friday night.
