On Tuesday, the Ohio High School Athletic Association released their Regional Tournament information for the 2025 ice hockey season. The OHSAA features just one division in ice hockey that is split into four regions (Bowling Green, Brooklyn, Columbus, & Kent). CVCA will compete at the Kent Region where the secured the #4 seed based on the MaxPreps Rankings system. As a top four seed, the Royals advance on byes to the Regional Quarterfinal round. Their first game will be Tuesday February 18th at 7:30pm at the Kent State Ice Arena. CVCA will face the winner of #5 Gilmour after they defeated #13 Nordonia on Sunday.
