On March 25th, senior Joi Williams was named 1st Team All-Ohio (Division III) by the Ohio Prep Sports Media Assocation. She received this honor after a standout senior season that capped an impressive career. This past season, she broke the school record for career points (1778), set a new record for points in a season (573), and led the Royals to conference (NCC) and district (D3) championships. Joi averaged 22.0 points per game, 2.9 rebounds per game, 2.5 steals per game, and 2.4 assists per game for the 18-8 Royals this season. In addition to All-Ohio honors she was named Northeast Inland District Co-Player of the Year, NCC Player of the Year, 1st Team All-District, and 1st Team All-NCC. Joi is now a 3x All-Ohio player after earning 3rd team honors in 2023-2024 and honorable mention honors in 2022-2023.
