The CVCA baseball team faced off against St. Vincent-St. Mary on Wednesday evening. The Irish play their home games at the University of Akron's Skeeles Field so the midday storm did not create any problems. The Royals received another impressive pitching performance from senior John Harabedian. He went six innings without allowing a run while striking out ten. CVCA was able to to solve STVM's pitcher on offense however. The Irish were able to push across the game only run in the bottom of the 7th inning for a 1-0 win. The loss drops CVCA to 2-2 on the season.
