Junior Nick Gage was named 1st Team All-State by the Ohio High School Lacrosse Coaches Association. He earned this Division II honor at the Attack position. Nick had an outstanding junior campaign for the Royals. He set new school records for goals in a season (76), points in a season (102), and goals in a game (10). CVCA finished the season with a record of 12-5 and averaged over 12 goals per game. Gage also earned the honors of North Coast Conference Offensive Player of the year, 1st Team All-District, and 1st Team All-District this season.
