Sports Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open. Visit cvca-oh.finalforms.com to register today. Create a new account if you have not used FinalForms with CVCA before. After logging in, visit the My Students section and select the option to switch to 2026-2027 registration. Then select the sport(s) you wish to register your student for. Early registration helps make sure you are on the contact list for offseason activities.

Athletic Fee
For grades 7-12, CVCA has a once-per-school-year fee of $225. For 6th grade, the fee is $60 per sport. Athletic Fees are billed through a family's FACTS account after rosters are finalized and confirmed. *Please be aware that some teams will have additional fees associated with their sport.

Pre-participation Requirements
The following items must be completed prior to participation in CVCA sports:
·    FinalForms (FF) Registration
·    Parent Forms in FF
·    Student Forms in FF
·    Medical clearance via a current Sports Physical uploaded to your FF account

Offseason Workouts
Many programs (especially High School) have activities over the summer and during the offseason. Please connect with the coach of your sport(s) for more information on these events.

Tryouts
When participation interest exceeds the capacity of a team, tryouts and cuts are held. Sport registration is not a guarantee of participation.

Spirit Wear
Athletic spirit wear can be bought anytime through our CVCA Royals online store. In addition, many of our teams will have sport-specific offerings open at the beginning of their season to purchase team spirit wear.
