Due to changes in hospital systems this school year, CVCA will unfortunately not be hosting a Sports Physical Night this year. However, University Hospitals is offering complimentary sports physicals at several locations on select dates throughout the summer. UH's complimentary sports physicals provide athletes with a comprehensive exam that includes vision, musculoskeletal and cardiac risk assessment screenings. This exam enables the athlete to participate in scholastic sports as required by the Ohio High School Athletic Association. It does not replace the annual well check-up with a pediatrician. If further information is needed for clearance, an appointment can be scheduled on-site. If your child has had a comprehensive exam within the past 12 months, your pediatrician can sign all sports forms.
