The CVCA boys tennis team will be represented by seven players at the OHSAA District Tournament this week. This is the first time in team history that all seven varsity players advanced out of Sectionals. Senior Lincoln Gates and junior Andrew Van Hala will compete in doubles as the #1 seed from Wooster. Seniors Joshua McIlroy and Hudson Bazemore will compete in doubles as the #3 seed from Wosoter. Senior Owen Lee and junior Jack Gomez will also compete in doubles as the #4 seed from Wooster. On the singles side, sophomore Benjamin Dressel will compete as the #3 seed from Wooster. The District Tournament will be held at Springside Athletic Club on Friday and Saturday. The top 4 singles players and top 4 doubles pairs will advance to the State Tournament.
