The CVCA baseball team hosted St. Vincent - St. Mary on Thursday afternoon. Both teams entered the game with similar seasons going. The Royals were able to score early with runs in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th innings. However, the big inning escaped them as they led 4-0. The Irish never quit and got things going in the top of the 7th. CVCA surrendered 5 runs and the lead in the final inning. They were unable to tie things up in the home half of the 7th and fell by a score of 5-4. They will host Canton McKinley on Friday, April 27th at 5pm.
