The CVCA softball team hosted Orrville in PAC-7 action on Thursday. The Royals held a 3-0 lead entering the games' final two innings. The Red Riders were able to push across 1 run in each inning, but CVCA held on for the 3-2 win. The win moves the team to 7-9 on the season and 4-5 in conference play. They will host Manchester on Monday.
