The North Coast Conference announced on Monday, January 27th the addition of Benedictine into the conference starting next school year ('25-'26). The Bengals will compete in all tournament sports in the conference plus some team sports next school year with Football joining the conference schedule in the fall of 2027.

"We are excited to invite Benedictine into the North Coast Conference and add another school that shares the vision of interscholastic competition with the other conference schools," says NCC Commissioner and Padua Athletic Director Kevin Leigh.

Benedictine Athletic Director John Carter added, "We are thrilled to join the North Coast Conference (NCC) in the 2025-26 school year. This partnership offers our athletes and community an incredible opportunity to align with outstanding school communities. We are excited to tackle the challenges ahead."

With the addition of Benedictine, the North Coast Conference will have seven schools competing in both boys and girls sports.
