The CVCA Football team defeated Perry 55-28 on Saturday night to advance in the State Tournament. The Royals were eliminated by the Pirates in 2018 and 2019. An exciting game saw CVCA recover 4 onside kicks and 2 fumbles. The Royals ground attack pounded their way to 7 touchdowns and a big win. Next up is a trip to Mentor on Saturday, October 24th to face Lake Catholic in the Regional Quarterfinals.
