The CVCA football team hosted Aurora on Friday night in OHSAA Division III Playoff action. It was a battle between the Royals and Greenmen and a great high school football game. The two team went back and forth all night. They traded scores 4 separate times with lone difference being CVCA having to settle for a field goal early in the 4th quarter. Aurora held a 27-17 lead before CVCA scored with just under 4 minutes left the in game. The Royals were able to hold the Greenmen but couldn't convert for a score on offense. CVCA fell by a score of 27-24 and ended the season at 7-4.
