The CVCA football team hosted Kent Roosevelt on Friday night. It was the home opener for the Royals who were looking to respond after a tough week1 loss. The team did just that. CVCA dominated Friday's game from start to finish on their way to a 42-9 victory. The Royals' offense gained 452 yards on the night while the defense surrendered only 33 yards. CVCA gained 23 first downs while Kent only had 2. CVCA will look to build off this impressive performance as they host Woodridge in Week 3.
