The CVCA football team traveled to Wooster on Friday night to face the Triway Titans. Both teams entered the game 3-1 overall making it an important early season PAC-7 matchup. The Royals scored on the opening drive of the game and never looked back. Four straight scoring drives and lock down defense gave CVCA a 28-0 lead. Triway was able to find the end zone just over halfway through the 2nd quarter. The score remained 28-6 at halftime. After another defensive stop, the Royals scored again and went up 36-6. With the lead at 30 points, the clock would run. That made for a quick 2nd half as the Royals picked up their 4th win of the season. They hosted undefeated Fairless on Friday in the biggest conference game of the season.
