On Sunday afternoon, the Ohio High School Athletic Association released the official pairings for the 2023 State Football Playoffs. The CVCA Royals secured a playoff spot in Division III, Region 9 after finishing the regular season with a record of 8-2. They are seeded 10th in the Region and will travel to 7th seeded Chardon on Friday, October 27th. That game will be played at Chardon Memorial Field at 7:00pm.

The visiting team bleachers are on the middle school side of the stadium.
