The CVCA softball team travel to Northwest on Thursday night. The Royals jumped in front with 9 runs in the top of the 4th inning. Northwest was able to take advantage of defensive mistakes by the Royals and score 11 unanswered runs. They scored 6 runs in the 6th inning to take the lead and held on for the win. The loss drops CVCA to 2-6 (1-5). They will face Cuyahoga Falls and Woodridge on Saturday in the Battle for Cuyahoga Falls.
