The CVCA softball team competed in the the Battle for the Falls on Saturday. CVCA, Woodridge, and Cuyahoga Falls all play each other in this annual event. This year the event was hosted by Woodridge. CVCA faced Cuyahoga Falls first and fell by a score fo 18-1. The Royals then faced Woodridge in the final game of the day. The Bulldogs were able to defeat CVCA by a score of 12-6. The Royals will travel to Manchester on Monday night.
