The CVCA softball team traveled to Holy Name on Tuesday for a conference match-up against the Green Wave. The Royals fell behind early after some defensive miscues. Holy Name led 8-0 entering the 6th inning of play. CVCA was able to score twice in the 5th inning. Then the Royals put together another rally in the 7th inning. They score 4 runs in the 7th but came up just short in an 8-6 loss. The girls will be back in action on Wednesday at Elyria Catholic.
