The CVCA softball team hosted Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin on Monday. The Royals and Lions were locked in a pitcher's duel in this one. NDCL score the first run of the game in the 4th inning to take the lead. CVCA answered with one run in the 5th inning and the score was tied. NDCL again scored once in the top of the 6th inning and the Royals were unable to find an answer. The 2-1 loss drops CVCA to 7-8 (0-5) on the season. They will host Elyria Catholic on Tuesday.
