The CVCA softball team traveled to Parma on Thursday to face Padua. The Royals and Bruins were locked in a pitcher's duel on this night. Freshman Shaye Tepley was outstanding on the mound for CVCA. She pitched seven shutout innings allowing just three hits. The Royals scored once in the first and once in the fourth to secure a 2-0 road victory. The girls are now 10-9 on the season.
