The CVCA girls lacrosse team hosted Green on Thursday night in Royals Stadium. It as a slow start for both teams as the first six minutes went by without a goal. The Royals finished the first quarter with an offensive frenzy netting 7 goals in short order. Junior Greta Bigham led all scorers with four goals, but the night was highlighted by five Royals who registered their first career goals. Bristol Vitt, Stella Dodson, Taylor Mitchell, Addie Chadima and Jules Youssefi found the back of the net for the first time as Royals. Freshman Amy Larker also had a hat trick while Zoe Polyak buried a pair of goals as well. From there it was all CVCA as the girls cruised to a 15-2 victory. The team is now 2-0 on the season and will host Padua on Tuesday night.
