The CVCA softball team made the trip to Beaumont on Tuesday for a conference game. The cold temps were no match for the Royals' hot offense. The girls opened the game with 9 runs in the first inning and 8 more in the 2nd inning. They would cruise to a 21-2 victory to improve their record to 2-3. CVCA will host Elyria Catholic on Wednesday in NCC action.
