The CVCA softball team traveled to Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin on Thursday to complete a suspended game from earlier in the season. The Royals and Lions were locked in a battle on this night. Both pitchers racked up strikeouts but the offenses found a way to push across some runs. CVCA pulled even with NDCL with 3 runs in the 6th inning. Seven innings wasn't enough to determine the winner. In the 8th, NDCL score to claim victory. Shaye Tepley recorded 19 strikeouts in the loss, which is a new school record. CVCA is now 11-6 (6-3) on the year. The are scheduled to host Magnificat on Friday.
