The CVCA softball team hosted Lake Catholic on Thursday in conference play. The Royals rode two big innings on offense and another outstanding pitching performance to a 10-0 win in 5 innings. CVCA scored 4 times in the 2nd inning and 6 times in the 4th inning on this day. Sophomore Shaye Tepley picked up the win allowing just 3 hits while striking out 11 across 5 innings of work. The Royals are now 14-6 on the season and 8-3 in NCC play. They will face Holy Name on Monday.
