Triway was ready to bounce back and earn a split for the series. CVCA's Drew Wilson and Triway's Chance Lomas were determined to shut down their opponents from the mound. The game remained scoreless until the 11th inning. Triway was able to break the tie with an infield single and hold on for a 2-0 win. The loss moves the Royals to 2-2 on the season and 1-1 in the PAC. Drew Wilson pitched 8 scoreless innings and recorded 11 strikeouts in a dominating performance.
