The CVCA football team made their longest trip of the season on Friday night. The Royals traveled to Triway to face the Titans in Week 9 of the season. CVCA started fast with two touchdowns in the first quarter and three touchdowns in the 2nd quarter. The defense held Triway off the scoreboard to setup a running clock in the 2nd half. CVCA would add one more score in the 2nd half and win the game by a score of 40-0. The Royals are now 6-3 overall and 4-2 in PAC-7 play. They will host Manchester on Friday night in a game that could have playoff implications for the Royals.

Jordan Decatur scored on a 1 yard rush to give the Royals a 14-0 lead. The second quarter saw three touchdowns by CVCA including one on the final play before half.
