Friday night featured the biggest game in the PAC-7 this season. CVCA traveled to Orrville for a match-up of state ranked teams. Both teams entered the game without a conference loss and significant computer points were on the line. The Royals and Red Riders battled all night. Orrville was able to open a three score lead on CVCA, but the Royals would fight back. The score was cut to just seven points before Orrville was able to run the clock out and win 23-16. CVCA would like to have a few key mistakes back, but will now shift their focus to a tough Tuslaw team. The Royals will host the Mustangs on Friday, October 18th in their final home game of 2019. The game will be a Pink Out.
