Baseball defeats Fairless

The CVCA baseball team moved to 3-1 in conference play with a 10-1 win over Fairless on Wednesday. Alex Jacob was stellar on the mound for the Royals. He pitched a complete game and struck out 11 batters on the day. CVCA took advantage of early walks by the Falcons to score 8 runs in the first two innings. The boys will be back in action this weekend in the Cuyahoga Falls City Championship. They will play at Woodridge on Friday and host a TBD opponent on Saturday.
