The CVCA softball team hosted Coventry on Saturday. The Comets were able to jump out an early lead on the Royals. CVCA tried to battle back but couldn't get the offense going. Coventry picked up a 16-5 win over CVCA. The Royals will be back in action on Monday at Fairless in PAC-7 action.
