Entering Thursday's game at Orrville, the CVCA baseball team knew a win would guarantee them at least a share of the 2019 PAC-7 Championship. At 8-3 in conference play, they sat tied with Manchester atop the conference standing with just one game remaining. The Royals were able to defeat the Red Riders by a score of 7-0. The Royals had great pitching and capitalized on Orrville's defensive miscues to earn the win. They are now 15-9 overall and finished conference play at 9-3. With at least a share of the title wrapped up, the Royals are now back to back PAC-7 Champions.
